# Tokenomics

**Mining Rewards (80%)**

200,000,000 tokens are allocated for rewards to incentivize miners and participants in the network, distributed over the next 10 years as detailed in the table below. This substantial allocation ensures continuous engagement and contribution from the community, driving the growth and sustainability of the AIRO Network.

**Founders and Team (3%)**

7,500,000 tokens are reserved for the founders and team. This allocation rewards the efforts and expertise of the team members who have developed and continue to innovate the AIRO Network, ensuring their continued commitment to the project. These tokens have a 2-year cliff and a 2-year vesting period, signaling the team's long-term dedication to the project. More details on the release schedules can be found on the Token Unlocks page.

**Liquidity (5%)**

12,500,000 tokens are allocated to provide liquidity. These tokens ensure the network’s stability and ease of trading, enhancing user experience and market presence.

**Marketing and Promotions (4%)**

10,000,000 tokens are designated for marketing and promotions. This fund supports promotional activities, airdrops, community building, giveaways, staking pools, and strategic partnerships that enhance the network’s reach and adoption.

**Advisors (1%)**

2,500,000 tokens are allocated to advisors. These tokens compensate the experts who provide strategic guidance and support, ensuring the network’s alignment with industry standards and best practices. Advisor tokens have a 1-year cliff and a 1-year vesting period.

**Token Sale (7%)**

17,500,000 tokens are allocated for funding the initial launch of the Air Miner, Initial Exchange Offerings (IEOs), Launchpads, and other related activities. This allocation provides the necessary capital to kickstart the network and ensure a successful market entry.
