# Token unlocks

#### Team Token Unlock Schedule

**Total Team Tokens:** 7,500,000\
**Lock Period:** All team tokens are locked until February 2, 2025.\
**Vesting Schedule:** From February 2, 2025, team tokens will be vested over the next two years in a linear manner.

**Yearly Breakdown:**

**Year 1 (February 2, 2025 - February 1, 2026):**

* **50% of Total Team Tokens Unlocked:** 3,750,000 tokens

**Year 2 (February 2, 2026 - February 1, 2027):**

* **Remaining 50% of Total Team Tokens Unlocked:** 3,750,000 tokens

#### Summary of Unlock Schedule

1. **February 2, 2025:** Lock period ends, vesting begins.
2. **February 1, 2026:** 3,750,000 tokens unlocked.
3. **February 1, 2027:** Remaining 3,750,000 tokens unlocked, vesting period ends.

* **Cliff Period:** Advisory tokens have a one-year cliff.
* **Vesting Schedule:** Following the cliff, advisory tokens will be vested over the subsequent year.
* **Availability:** 2,000,000 tokens locked and available for future advisors.
* 500,000 tokens vested so far to CD (our partner influencer) cliff ends July 2025, vesting July 2026.
