Total Team Tokens: 7,500,000 Lock Period: All team tokens are locked until February 2, 2025. Vesting Schedule: From February 2, 2025, team tokens will be vested over the next two years in a linear manner.

Yearly Breakdown:

Year 1 (February 2, 2025 - February 1, 2026):

• 50% of Total Team Tokens Unlocked: 3,750,000 tokens

Year 2 (February 2, 2026 - February 1, 2027):

• Remaining 50% of Total Team Tokens Unlocked: 3,750,000 tokens

Summary of Unlock Schedule

1. February 2, 2025: Lock period ends, vesting begins.

2. February 1, 2026: 3,750,000 tokens unlocked.

3. February 1, 2027: Remaining 3,750,000 tokens unlocked, vesting period ends.

• Cliff Period: Advisory tokens have a one-year cliff.

• Vesting Schedule: Following the cliff, advisory tokens will be vested over the subsequent year.

• Availability: 2,000,000 tokens locked and available for future advisors.

• 500,000 tokens vested so far to CD (our partner influencer) cliff ends July 2025, vesting July 2026.
